Cranberry Beans
NATURE’S TRUTH® Cranberry Beans are an excellent source of fiber and are cholesterol free. Cranberry beans, also known as Roman and October beans, were first cultivated in Columbia as the cargamento bean. Cranberry beans have become a staple in Italian, Portugese, and Latin American cuisines. Their mild flavor, and meaty texture, make them an ideal choice to add in soups, pasta dishes, salads and dips.

I cook these all the time. I put a little ham seasoning in, and some dried onion flakes, so good! The next day, they are even better!
