Butter Beans
NATURE’S TRUTH® Butter Beans are an excellent source of fiber and are cholesterol free. Butter beans were first cultivated in South America and introduced to North America by European explorers as far back as the 1500’s. They are known for their creamy texture and mild, buttery flavor. Butter beans have become a staple in various cuisines but are popular in casseroles and are a great match for bacon, corn and onions.

I cook these all the time. I put a little ham seasoning in, and some dried onion flakes, so good! The next day, they are even better!
