Ingredients: 3 cups Nature’s Truth cannellini beans (cooked) 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 lemon, zested and juiced 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Fresh vegetable or pita chips for serving
Instructions:
Cook 1 cup of cannellini beans, drain, and set aside (makes 3 cups of cooked beans).
In a food processor, combine the cooked cannellini beans, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chopped parsley and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with fresh vegetables or pita chips.
