Ingredients: ½ cup (125mL) popcorn kernels ¼ cup (60mL) dark chocolate, finely grated (use a rasp) 1 teaspoon (5mL) flaky sea salt 2 tablespoons (30mL) unsalted butter
Preparation Instructions:
1 – Cook popcorn
2 – Place butter in a microwave safe dish, place beside popcorn and cook for another 15 seconds. Remove from microwave and carefully open, watching for steam. Pour melted butter over and quickly add chocolate and salt.
